혐의: Rework 후 genealogy 단절 — customer shipment에 false “all clear”

Exhibit A — 사라진 parent
Lot P-8841이 rework child R-8841-A로 split. MES 화면은 child complete. Parent row는 status CLOSED 유지, bidirectional link 없음. Shipping은 tote에 남은 parent barcode 사용.
Finding: Containment는 child를 조회. Warehouse는 parent를 이동.
One-way link는 genealogy가 아님. UI가 붙은 rumor.
Exhibit B — Genealogy scope 없는 hold stamp
Quality가 torque fail로 R-8841-A hold. Hold scope field: “lot.” System은 “this lot ID only”로 해석, “wafer/batch origin 공유 material 전부” 아님.
Finding: Hold language는 English. Scope는 software.
Exhibit C — Manual override chat
Supervisor chat: “tote에서 good ones ship.” MES transaction 없음. Split 없음. New ID 없음. Three unit parent label, two child label, same tote.
Finding: Chat은 MES API 아님.
Exhibit D — Customer RMA
RMA가 parent label unit 반환, torque signature는 held child population과 일치. Customer packet에 genealogy “intact” CoC 포함.
Finding: CoC lied because genealogy lied.
