Body lines that lied quietly
1. “Cooler vibration OK.”
No peak value. No trend ID. Night heard a new noise at 01:40 and had no baseline.
2. “Batch 441 complete bit forced — MES lag — leave it.”
No expiry. No ticket. Same disease as bypass culture, smuggled into handover prose.
3. “Spare pump ready.”
Ready where? Tagged? Aligned? Night found it electrically isolated for ‘tomorrow’s PM’ that never made the sheet.

- Any force / inhibit / bypass gets tag + expiry or the handover is incomplete.
- “OK / fine / watch” without number → rewrite before sign.
- Counter deltas from previous night’s close are mandatory.
- Verbal addenda do not count unless written in the addendum box.
Whiteboards are not archives. Sheets are — if they tell the truth.
Adjacent fences
Permit forms own isolation theater. Bypass audits own force hygiene. Genealogy dockets own lot identity. HS-22 owns whether night starts from the same plant day claimed to leave. Do not digitize a blank and call it shift excellence.
